Your order will contain one bottle (30 day supply) of GMAX 3000. You will be charged $5.95 for shipping and handling. If your order/account is not cancelled before the end of the trial period, on the 20th, you will be charged 94.15 for the remainder of the bottle; and you will receive a new supply monthly from the date of your original Trial Order for a charge of $100.10 (Product price of 94.15 plus $5.95 shipping) reoccurring monthly until cancelled. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, and are within the 30 days of the date of your order, simply call 888-584-6407 to cancel.
NEGATIVE OPTION CLAUSE:
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR $100.10 (Product price of 94.15 plus $5.95 shipping) FOR THE INITIAL TRIAL PACKAGE, PER MONTH IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER OF CANCELLATION. TRIAL ORDER PRODUCT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND IF CANCELLED AFTER TRIAL PERIOD. ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF SUCH.

RMA Return Policy If you decide to cancel at any time during the monthly auto-ship program and are requesting a refund, you will be required to return the unused portion of the product supplied to us at your expense via an RMA number issued by customer service. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Once your return has been received, a credit to your card or refund check will be issued and an e-mail confirmation will be sent within 7 days.

2. To ensure that your account is correct noted, you must send back product returns to the address provided below along with your RMA number. 1. We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions included shipping and handling charges. Additional refunds are issued at the discretion of the company.
2. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
3. In order to process your refund, you must supply us with your name and delivery address. If you provide us with insufficient or incorrect information your refund will be delayed.
4. Once a refund has been approved please allow for up to 7 days for the refund to be applied.
5. Depending on the bank that issues the credit card, your refund can take up to seven (7) days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued by us, please call Our Customer Service Department.
6. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
